Purchasing a mattress can be a huge event in your life – Your sleep is the basis for your health and energy. That’s why we offer a 100 Night Risk Free Trial. First, commit to try your Rest Refreshed Mattress for at least 30 days, it will take your body some time to adjust, even if you have been sleeping on an old, saggy mattress. Then, if for some reason you still don’t feel like the Rest Refreshed Mattress is the right mattress for you, contact us and we will arrange for your mattress to be picked up by a local charity or recycler.
If it’s too firm, or too soft, you can exchange it and Rest Refreshed will pay all of the shipping costs. If your new selection cost more, you simply pay the difference. If it cost less, Rest Refreshed will credit the difference. This is a one time exchange and exchanges must be for the same size. Adjustable beds and the Rest Refreshed Foundation cannot be exchanged or returned.
Setup is easy. Your Rest Refreshed mattress comes compressed, rolled and in an 18” by 18” by 41″ box, delivered to your front door.
Move the box or bedroll into the room where you intend to setup. It’s much easier to maneuver at this point.
Position the bedroll on your stable base and begin to carefully cut away the plastic.
The mattress will immediately start to take shape and before you know it, you’ll find yourself gazing down at your brand new, ready-for-sleep Rest Refreshed mattress.
Each Rest Refreshed mattress is hand crafted and made to order in the factory. Once your order is received, it takes 3-5 days to process the order and make your mattress. Then we compress it, box and ship by Fed Ex Ground. Shipping time is approximately 2-5 business days.
Both the mattresses and the adjustable beds are US made in High Point, North Carolina.
Rest Refreshed Mattresses are made with CertiPUR-US certified foams . CertiPUR-US® certified foam is a certification program administered by a not-for-profit organization.
The Rest Refreshed Mattresses are: made without ozone depleters, without PBDEs, TDCPP or TCEP flame retardants, without mercury, lead, and other heavy metals, without formaldehyde, without phthalates as regulated by the Consumer Product Safety Commission, and have low VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) emissions for indoor air quality (less than 0.5 parts per million).
You should not expect your Rest Refreshed mattress to have a strong smell, any slight odor that comes from being wrapped up in plastic should dissipate quickly once the package is opened.

CertiPUR-US® polyurethane foam meets standards for content, emissions and durability, and has been analyzed by independent, accredited testing laboratories.Standards include:

Rest Refreshed Mattresses are designed to be compatible with adjustable beds (take a look at the Rest Refreshed Adjustable Bed Frame), slatted foundations (such as the Rest Refreshed Foundation), platform frame, box spring [as long as the slats are no more than 4 inches apart], hardwood floor or synthetic carpeted floor.
No, the Rest Refreshed Mattresses are made with a bio-polyol base made from soybeans that have have a cooling gel incorporated into the chemicals to create a comfortable, cool, memory foam that helps create the perfect night’s sleep.
