Rest Refreshed Mattress Warranty

If mattress is used with box springs foundation, the warranty will be null and void. Box springs are not advisable foundations for our mattresses.

Full One-Year Warranty. Your Rest Refreshed mattress is warranted against defects in materials or workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase by the original purchaser. This warranty is not transferable. During this period, the Manufacturer will repair or replace, at no cost to the original purchaser, any defects in materials or workmanship. During this one year period, the Manufacturer will bear full responsibility for all authorized warranty related costs, including labor and transportation costs incurred in connection with the repair or replacement of any product found to be defective.

Limited 10 Year Warranty. Beginning one year from the date of original purchase through 10 years from said date, the Manufacturer will repair or replace the mattress showing unusual deterioration resulting in indentation greater than 1.5 inches. Any visible flaws or defects in the mattress that arise under normal use shall be covered under this warranty. This warranty shall not cover normal changes in softness, recovery or feel of the mattress that will occur naturally over time. This limited warranty specifically excludes labor, shipping and transportation costs which will be charged to the purchaser. All warranty claims are subject to verification by the Manufacturer. This warranty will be null and void if the product is subject to abuse, misuse or is otherwise used in a manner not consistent with normal use.

Limitation of Liability. Under no circumstances shall the Manufacturer’s liability exceed the purchase price paid by the original purchaser. Under no circumstances shall Manufacturer be liable or responsible for claims seeking special, indirect or consequential damages.

Proof of Purchase. Proof of purchase, including date, place of purchase and original purchase price is required for service under this warranty. Model number or product designation and law label are also required. This warranty only applies to original owner. This warranty will be null and void if: (1) the product is damaged or in a condition that will not allow the Manufacturer to safely or adequately conduct an inspection of the product; (2) a king or queen foundation is used without the recommended bed rails and center support rails; (3) the outer fabric has been torn or subject to abuse; (4) the product has been used in a commercial setting (in which case the limited warranty shall be three years); (5) proof of purchase is not provided; or (6) the product in question was a floor model.

Mattress Protector Warranty

PureCare FRIO 5-Sided Mattress Protector has a Limited Lifetime Warranty. PureCare offers a 10-year warranty against manufacturer defects. Warranty exchanges are processed at no cost to the purchaser. You may register your PureCare® product on their company website.

Rest Refreshed Deluxe Adjustable Bed Warranty

Your adjustable bed is made for Rest Refreshed by US manufacturer, HSM. HSM, in partnership with Rest Refreshed, provides a detailed warranty that is available to all Rest Refreshed customers.

Full 1-Year Warranty. Your adjustable bed base is warranted against defects in materials or workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase by the original purchaser. This warranty is not transferable. During this period HSM will repair or replace, at no cost to the original purchaser, any defective part or workmanship. During this one year period HSM will bear full responsibility for all authorized warranty related costs, including labor and transportation costs incurred in connection with the repair or replacement of any part found to be defective. Limited 3 Year Warranty. Beginning one year from the date of original purchase through 36 months, from said date, HSM will replace any part on the adjustable bed base found to be defective. 20-Year Pro-Rated Limited Warranty. Beginning 37 months from the original purchase date through year 20 (month 240), HSM will replace, consistent with the terms and conditions set forth herein, the adjustable bed base electrical/mechanical part(s) found to be defective as follows: Purchaser shall pay 1/17 of the then current replacement cost of the defective part multiplied by the number of years after the 3rd year, from the original purchase date. This warranty applies only to the replacement of defective or electrical and/or mechanical parts. Purchaser will be responsible for labor, transportation and shipping costs and any installation and service fees or expenses. All warranty claims are subject to verification by HSM. This warranty will be null and void if the product is subject to abuse, misuse or is otherwise operated in a manner not consistent with HSM’s User Manual.

Note: Additional conditions apply concerning weight distribution. This warranty only applies to original owner. This warranty will be modified where necessary to comply with state laws that do not permit the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages. This warranty is valid in all States within the United States, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, and the 10 Provinces and three Territories of Canada. PRODUCT RATINGS: The adjustable bed base lift motors are not designed for continuous use. Reliable operation and full life expectancy will be realized as long as the lift motors do not operate any more than five (5) minutes over a thirty (30) minute period, or approximately 10% duty cycle. Note: Massage equipped bases are not designed for continuous, extended massage operation. Massage systems are rated for a maximum of 2 hours of use within any 6-hour period. Any attempt to circumvent or exceed product ratings will shorten the life expectancy of the product and may void the warranty. This warranty will be null and void if the product is subject to abuse, misuse or is operated in a manner not consistent with HSM’s operating instructions and User Manual.

Rest Refreshed Economy Adjustable Bed Warranty

Your adjustable bed is made for Rest Refreshed by US manufacturer, Ergomotion, Inc. Ergomotion, Inc., in partnership with Rest Refreshed, provides a detailed warranty that is available to all Rest Refreshed customers.

Two Year Hassle Free Warranty. The adjustable foundation is warranted against defects in materials or workmanship for a period of two years from the date of purchase to the original purchaser. During such time, Ergomotion, Inc. will repair or replace, at no cost to the original purchaser, any warranted part found to be defective by the manufacturer, in its sole discretion. This includes all pre-authorized labor and transportation costs incurred with the repair or replacement of any part found to be defective.

Five Year Warranty On Parts. During year 3 through 5 from the original purchase date, the manufacturer will replace any part on the adjustable base found to be defective, to the original Purchaser. The manufacturer’s liability is limited to the replacement of the defective electrical/ mechanical parts ONLY with the purchaser responsible for all service, installation, and transportation cost of said parts.

20 Year Limited Warranty. Ergomotion, Inc. extends a 20-year warranty on mechanical base parts. For a full 20 years from the commencement date of the warranty, any defect in the workmanship or the materials used shall be covered. The purchaser shall pay 1/15 of the current MSRP of the replacement part, or the entire adjustable base if deemed irreparable at the sole discretion of the manufacturer, multiplied by the number of years after the fifth year from the original purchase date.

Rest Refreshed foundations have a 10-year warranty on all parts. Returns may be made based on manufacturer defects only. This warranty will be null and void if the product is subject to abuse or misuse.

Sheets Warranty

PureCare Bamboo Terrene and Lumen Celliant sheets have a one-year warranty against defects. Warranty exchanges are processed at no cost to the purchaser. You may register your PureCare® product on their company website.
